A spectrum of UG courses are offered for the students under various departments in affiliated colleges of Rani Channamma University Belagavi, Vijaypur and Bagalkot districts. All the U.G. courses are for the duration of 3 years. The admission is based directly on the merit list prepared by the institution. Given below is the list of courses, eligible criteria, work process and Fees structure details. There are various institutes under RCUB that offer degree courses in various specialization.
U.G. is a 3 year course that can be pursued by students with Science/ Arts/ Commerce streams in their 10+2. The students with I.T.I, Diploma streams also eligible for U.G. Course admission.
Change of College Process (Click to Know)
A student, who is interested in seeking Readmission with transfer from one college to another college, shall apply to the university through the Principal along with prescribed fees and documents within the a period of 30 days from the date of commencement of the respective semester. Such transfer shall be within the intake capacity permitted for the respective classes of the respective college, provided the combination of the subjects offered by the candidate in the earlier college is also available in the college, to which he/ she seeks transfer.

Professional Courses (BBA, BCA, BSW, B.sc(CS)) For General Merit/ OBC Students : 5900/- For SC/ ST/ CAT-1 Students: 3200/- Non Professional Courses (BA, B.sc, B.Sc. Sugar, B.com) For General Merit/ OBC Students : 2900/- For SC/ ST/ CAT-1 Students : 1700/-
If the student discontinued his course for the period of one year the Readmission will be provided by College Principal by Communication. But, If the Student discontinued his course for period of Two or more years the student may take permission from University for Readmission.

For General Merit/ OBC/ SC/ ST/ CAT-1 Students Rs. 600/-
Change of the subjects may be permitted by the University if for the requisition from the candidate is received within 30 days from the last date of admission to the first semester as referred by the University. The change is permissible on the specific recommendation of the Principal and on payment of necessary fees to the University as prescribed by the University from time to time.

The students who passed PUC (10+2) or equivalent (10+2) except Karnataka State’s P.U. Board, i.e; ITI, Diploma, Other State recognised boards, other University, other country, etc., these student may should take eligibility certificate from Rani Channamma University as per Rules & Regulations fro seeking degree admission in affiliated colleges of Rani Channamma University.

If student want to make change of course after the admission because of some personal problems or reasons, the student may cancel his/ her admission. The further details are as follows-
1. Letter From College Principal 2. Previous Attended Rani Channamma University’s Original Marks Cards
Such transfer of admission shall be out of the intake capacity of the respective class/ subject of the respective college. Such students shall apply to the University for admission along with migration certificate, prescribed fees and other necessary documents through the Principal of the respective colleges within a period of 30 days from the date of commencement of respective semester. Such transfers are permitted only when there is conformity between the respective degree programme of Rani Channamma University and that of other University from which the student is seeking transfer. If the two degree programmes are not in conformity with each other in terms of scheme of exams, syllabi, number of papers that are minimum for passing etc., such transfers shall be subject to studying and passing any deficient paper(s), as stipulated by Rani Channamma University in each individual case.
