Shri. Santosh Kamagouda K.A.S. (Sr. Scale) REGISTRAR

Shri. Santosh Kamagouda is a senior scale Karnataka Administrative Services (KAS) officer who has carved a niche for himself as an able and efficient officer with his commitment to public administration, fairness, efficiency and discipline in the several administrative positions he has donned so far. Presently, he has assumed the position as the Registrar of the prestigious Rani Channamma University, Belagavi.

He had his primary and secondary education at Government Primary School, Kabbur and Bharatesh Vidyalaya, Bellad Bagewadi. He is a B.Com graduate and has completed M.A. from KSOU, Mysuru and MBA from NIBM, Pune. He has the distinction of being 2011 Batch Tahasildar with 1st Rank to the State and 2014 Batch Asst. Commissioner with 3rd Rank to the State.

Shri. Santosh has donned many distinctive roles very efficiently. He has worked for Central Govt. as System Admin in India Post for 9 years, has worked as Probationary Tahasildar, Sindhanur (Raichur) CAO, KIMS, Koppal; SLAO, B. Gudi, Yadagiri ; A.C & SDM at Raichur, Chikkodi & Jamkhandi; C.S., BCC, Belagavi; Spl. DC, UKP, Bagalkot; Joint M.D. Smart City Ltd., Belagavi, before joining RCUB as Registrar. Being a voracious reader of books with keen interest in teaching & guiding Students, he is recognized as a Motivational Speaker. His interest in the welfare of the student community is manifested in his authorship of books for students. The books written by him are:
