Prof. C. M. Thyagaraja is the Vice Chancellor of Rani Channamma University Belagavi. He has a rich experiential teaching of 36 years to student community. His administrative abilities are recoginized by Bangalore City University, Kuvempu University and Rani Channamma University, Belagavi for initiating examination reforms as Registrar (Evaluation). He has served at Karnataka Vocational Training and Skill Development Corporation as an Executive Director and worked for upgrading Employment Exchanges into Human Resource Development Centers. Further, his service to improve Industrial Training Institutes and organizing Udyoga Melas at different parts of Karnataka for the youth are worth mentioning. Prof C. M. Thyagaraja is an author of 13 Books, 72 Articles, a noted speaker at National and International Seminars and Conferences, 11 Scholars in Doctoral stream and the list goes on. The Government of England invited him for the Round Table on English Language Skills for Employability Think Tank as an Official Visitor. His visits to Asia and Middle East countries for International Conferences made him to Voice on the various dimensions of Business, Industry, Environment and issues in Economics. He is loved widely by Student Community, appreciated by all who worked with him for the cause of students and society. His vision is to promote Quality in Higher Education and to make students Bread Winners in the rapidly transforming Digital World.
